You can get your phone blocked on all GSM networks in Pakistan by just blocking the IMEI number of your phone.IMEI is International Mobile Equipment Identity that is used by GSM Networks to register any Mobile Phone on their network.
In Pakistan PTA (Pakistan Telecom Authority) makes it possible for those who have lost their mobile phones to get their phones be blocked by their IMEIs on all GSM Networks in Pakistan, thus making such mobile phones useless at least in Pakistan.
This has also helped many people to get their mobile phones back along with a trace to the actual thief.
To get your phone's IMEI blocked, You can chose from these options:
1. Call Police Helpline 15
2. Call CPLC (Citizen Police Liaison Committee) Numbers: 021.5682222 / 021.6583334
3. Call PTA's Helpline: 0800.256254. Visit the site which is www.cplc.org.pk
5. send an email to PTA at imei@pta.gov.pk
6. Send Fax to CPLC: 021.5683336

Organize you mobilephone lost complaint details before making your Call or before sending Fax/Email. They require following information:- Your CNIC Number.
- Lost Mobile Make/Model.
- Lost Mobile IMEI.
- Location/Area where You lost Your Mobile.
- Voice Number (Sim) inserted in Lost Moile.
